25th Winter Invitational 2010 - Markham Aquatic Club

The Markham Aquatic Club hosted the 25th Annual Winter Invitational the weekend of January 8th - 10th 2010 at the Centennial Pool. On Saturday January 9th a ceremony was held to unveil the new clock with guests such as Olympic gold medalist Anne Ottenbrite and Steve Wallace, VP marketing for Afexa Life Sciences Inc (COLD FX official Olympic sponsor). Steve also brought the Olympic touch to the pool and walked around so everyone could have a change to touch it. Ms Mervat Rashwan from the Trillium Foundation along with Mayor Frank Scarpitti and Members of council took part as well.
