Brother Andre Fitness
Female students in Mrs.Viney's gym class at Brother Andre High School are getting stronger every day! Girls are given the opportunity to establish personal fitness and nutrition goals in an intensive 12-week program. Students engage in a variety of cardio activities and learn about resistance training. Body awareness is developed through lessons on nutrition, muscles, bones, injuries, sexuality, stress and mental health. Guest instructor, Tiffany Moffatt, leads the girls through a variety of workouts on a weekly basis, including kickbox, aerobics, muscle conditioning, yogalates, boot camp and Zumba! The class exposes the girls to a variety of exercise choices and encourages the girls to continue their healthy lifestyles after the course has come to an end.
